  • We don’t accept returns of coffee for safety and quality reasons, so customers should keep the coffee if something goes wrong.
  • If an order needs to be corrected, we’ll send a replacement order to you
  • Please let us know what you are unhappy about with the product so we can make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
